- Skip day of week for localization in browsercache_firefox2
- Move makeDate to dateutils to call from browsercache_firefox2
Changing Calibre language isn't enough to change localization--which is also why I couldn't test it very well. But we don't need the day of week, so hopefully this version will do it.
