Hi,
Using Apple Books with epub3 popup the text has links within. If the link is to a different page(html file) then it functions correctly as the popup is closed and the link is traversed to the correct page/paragraph.
However if the link points to the same page (html file) as currently displayed the popup does not close and the link is not followed.
The snapshot image below the first link fails as it is on the same page being currently viewed while the other links are successful.
Tested with Calibre Viewer which works fine for all links.
I am using epub:type="noteref" but not <aside>, using <p> instead as I need the footnote to always display.
