x11vnc for Kindle

This is another one of those things that's been stuck in a "it's been working for ages but I CBA to clean it up for release" purgatory for quite some time

That said, I've not cleaned it up that much so it may behave in a weird/unexpected way, YMMV.

What does this do?
This extension spawns and controls an instance of x11vnc, allowing you to control a Kindle device over either USBNet or WiFi.

How do I install it?
Extract the included archive to your KUAL "extensions" folder.

Do I need to install anything else?
Yes - you will need to install USBNet as this extension makes use of the bundled copy of libkh5
