Ok I successed to pass through...

I had to uninstall Kobo Desktop from my computer. Installed it again.
Connected my Kobo Glo HD then it successed to update it, at last.
When I tried to set up the Kobo account it did not work (kind of loop)
I disconnected the device, then it restarted and upgraded. Upgraded was long.
In the end I managed to set it up correctly by wifi...
