None of the books on Smashwords have DRM.

Some Amazon ebooks don't have DRM, but only if you get the non-KFX version. KFX always has DRM even if publisher request DRM free.

Some Google ebooks are DRM free by publisher request. Not all are epub, some are PDFs.
