Well, better than plowing through.
And I reached my decision early, checked a few reviews at GR (i know, I know) that bore out my initial impression and moved on.
There’s also some satisfaction in being able to check off a book, although it did nothing for my TBR reduction as it was from OverDrive. That’s another issue, how library books take precedence over owned books, even thought I wanted the owned books enough to buy them; I’ve struggled with this my entire reading life.
