And maybe there is value in depicting explicit violence in fiction. Perhaps people who like action and war fiction can explain. I certainly have no idea why it's so popular.
The thing is, people have different tastes. You don't like sex in fiction, fine. Nothing wrong with that. As long as you don't try to impose your preferences on all the others.
