Eh, that's the nature of business, son. As a fan of horror films, I have watched classic films by great directors remade as vapid, disposable junk. But the original work still exists. Just accept that the continuation exists and might shine more light on the original work.

I have zero interest in The Rings of Power. I did like Petey Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy. Those Hobbit films though... Surely Rings of Power is no worse than those train wrecks.
