Sorry I am using an English translator.
It's been a while since I've used my eReader. When I wanted it on, white screen and dots that follow each other? blocked for hours.
I wanted to do a factory reset, now my Kobo is stuck on a white boot screen asking me to press the start button.
But nothing happens, the white led goes on and off, but nothing else.
I would like to use a new sd card, can someone please send me the picture.
