@enuddleyarbl try in safe mode. Something you have running is causing your conversion problem. I converted the scrambled version in 2 seconds. With heuristics on and remove paragraph space on, it takes 3 seconds.
So I would say it's something with your computer. What AV do you use? I use the one that comes with Windows 11.
