Although NetLibrary has its own reader, there appears to be an option to download for off-line reading. Some sites using NetLibrary only reference the netlibrary eReader but some actually mention Adobe Digital Editions.

So I wonder if you download the book if you will find that the format is actually Adept DRM Pdf or epub. It's worth checking out for those who are interested.
