Oh dear God in heaven. I am not, repeat, NOT trying to start another argument. I'm just sayin'.........the faithful swear that prayers keep them 'safe'. That God protects the innocent.
Yet, they don't keep people 'safe'. And the innocent are usually the first to be thrown under the bus.
Yes, I know, "God works in mysterious ways, etc" I know all the arguments, for and against. I've heard them all ad nauseum.
And I don't think we've "grown up", Neko. Just look around. I"m sure anyone will agree that as a species, we have a long way to go.
