Hi - it looks like the import/export features got rather broken with the changes to the images folders in Calibre 6 and you are the first to report that...

Please give the attached version of the plugin a whirl and let me know how you get on before I officially release it.

If you still have problems, PM me your Generate Cover.json file and your exported settings.
