I am looking at this as a way to replicate the email epub to kindle option which Amazon provide.
So if I lend or give my kobo forma to my son, I can then send him kepub format books to read via Dropbox..I place them in the ratuken kobo apps folder of Dropbox and he can access without bringing the kobo back to me to update via usb.

So I would like to write kepub to a folder.
Alternatively I have this workaround.
I send a book from calibre to my other kobo, and while thatis still connected to my pc I copy the kepub from my device to dropbox
