Firstly is, "Book store" the correct term to use?
In English, an "ebook store" is a provider (usually seller) of ebooks.

What you are calling "ebook store" most people would consider to be "ebook library".

Once DRM is removed, software that does ebook library management, such as calibre, can manage any ebook, no matter who sold it.
