The PocketBook Cloud allows you to upload books from anywhere (Kindle and Kobo would probably have to be De-DRMed), but it's pretty slow and (I think) the space is fairly limited.

I think you probably would have better luck with Calibre and one of its online plugins/add-ons associated with it. (I've never used these but I've read about them -- or maybe it's just one available.)
