Merry Christmas, everyone! I'm wondering if any of you out there have an iThing. It seems Apple has made a series of audiobooks of classic titles with professional narrators. I have to shop through iTunes but I have seen stuff out there that there is a launch page somewhere on Apple Books. Here is a list of some of the ones I've been able to find:
- A Christmas Carol (narrated by LeVar Burton)
- The Time Machine (narrated by Kelsey Grammer)
- Frankenstein
- The Wonderful Wizard of Oz
- The Secret Garden (narrated by Karen Gillan)
- Pride and Prejudice (narrated by Kate Beckinsdale)
- The Great Gatsby
- Journey to the Center of the Earth
- The Lost World
- Treasure Island
- The Strange Case of Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde
- Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
- Anne of Green Gables
- Twelve Years a Slave
- We
- The Thirty-Nine Steps
- The Lodger
- The Box-Car Children
- Lady Molly of Scotland Yard
- The Mystery of Edwin Drood
- The Land That Time Forgot
- Herland
- The Mystery of the Hansom Cab
- Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglas
- The Narrative of Sojurner Truth
- The Souls of Black Folk
- Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl
- Up From Slavery
Sorry there are no links, but linking from iTunes is a pain. If you spot any I missed please post them here.
Enjoy!
