When trying to Fetch News for the Economist. It goes through the download procedure as normal which takes five minutes, but after the download (100% complete), during the convert to ePub stage, it fails with a fatal error. (This occurs even if we disable "split files larger than" or enable Heuristic Processing.)

ERROR: Conversion failed ... older ... devices are incapable ... internal components over a certain size. ... tries to split up the EPUB ... this splitting fails. ... work around the problem by either increasing the maximum split size under EPUB output in the conversion dialog, or by turning on Heuristic processing ...
