I have ancient Kindles with speakers.
My 7.8″ Mars Android eInk has 3.5mm jack and BT, but inferior to current Kindles or Kobo for reading & annotation. Only advantage is ereader App Bolinda Borrow box for Irish Libraries, Google Books, Kindle App, Kobo App and KOReader all on one eink. But all apart from Library books can be converted via Calibre. It can run Android audiobook/music players. The Meebook P78 pro might be similar but with a digitiser/stylus.

The Sage and Elipsa can sort of do 3rd party audio on BT. Too much bother.

IMO even a cheap Android phone is better for mp3s and audiobooks. The eink are too large as players and lose advantage of battery life playing audio. The phone will play with screen off.
