I keep getting an error communicating with device message even after

Software: Calibre 6.9.0
Device: Fire 7 2022
Device Windows 11 Laptop

1. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Calibre
2. Removing SD
3. Reinserting and Reformatting SD
4. Resetting Fire to Factory settings
