I only need to do the Modify EPUB for the books that I get from e-library because those don't have encoding set in EPUB, thus books sent to Kindle with SendToKindle presumes ISO-8859-1 and then all Scandinavian characters look weird. So for those, I need to run the Modify EPUB -plugin to make them UTF-8.

Even though this does now affect the AZW3 file, I kind of like the fact that the AZW3 conversion is on-par with the EPUB from which it was generated from.
