Thanks. I signed out of my account and now see the "Browse" to the right of "Popular This Week". That works. However it isn't visible when signed in, and I'm always signed in. It's not a big deal now that I have it bookmarked, but I'm a little surprised that it's not linked on the user homepage.

The owners have been talking about a number of UX improvements coming in the beginning of 2023. It will be interesting to see the changes.
