Confusingly

, I can use sign in with Google on pc at kobo.com , that gets me into the account whose password I have forgotten.
I don't get any account already exists or email in use crap, straight in... But no different way to change password once 8n

But back when I set up the devices, I must have had a password that I coukd type in on the device,not a goolge assist that only works on pc.
Pretty sure I never used kobo desktop And that I was able to set up devices without that

I could try sign in with Google, add a visa card, then see if that card is available to the device when I access store from device... I suspect that would fail though....
