Hi everyone, I tried to reset my mom's Kobo Aura N236 but it stays stuck on the screen that shows you have to plug it in to charge and press the power button.

I guess I will have to pop off the back plate and fix the SD card. Could someone send me the image and some instructions? Can this be done on an iMac?
