The problem I see is that the books only exist on your iPad in iBooks. If you actually mean “iBooks” and not “Books”, this means your iPad is an older model. I would recommend jailbreaking your iPad to gain access to those files. Without knowing more, I can’t say for certain, but if your iPad is indeed old enough to still have iBooks, there is probably a jailbreak out there for it.

Without a Mac to convert the iBooks files to Books files, they won’t sync to the modern version of iCloud. It’s too bad they aren’t on an old Mac. iBooks used to store all those files in human-readable directories, and now everything is obfuscated.
