Thanks for that helpful advice. I hadn't been to the MobileReference site before. It looks much better organised than many of the ebook sites I've been browsing, and the selection is impressive.

However, I'm confused about the formats. The site says that all their titles are comapitible with the Kindle (except a few encyclopedia), but when I tried to download some samples, it presented five different formats, none of which specifically referred to the Kindle.

Do you happen to know which format I should download, or doesn't it make any differences?
