I'm not having this issue, on latest macOS Ventura.
I have no idea if it will work but you could try creating a new user account and see if the app launches successfully with that account. If it works, it might mean something about the account's file permissions is messed up. I had this issue (it was causing issues with various apps and Finder) and was not able to solve it short of migrating to the other user account. No idea what the cause was.
I take it you have not contacted Amazon.
