Could you give specifics of your system? I'm having, I assume, the same problem, but mine's on the actual paste (CTRL-V), not on the copy (CTRL-C). Mine is the thread Kovid referenced, above. But disabling hardware acceleration didn't fix the problem (I thought it had, but I was premature).
Right now, I'm thinking it could be related to Windows 11 22H2 or my AMD CPU/GPU. But, does any of the following match anything of yours?
