As I mentioned in the post, I tried to send the book through the "Send to Kindle" website. Not by email. That is where delivery fails. I have sent much larger files with no problem.

The reason I want that file on the Amazon server is that I have thousands of books organised in collections. If I buy a new Kindle, I could download all my books while keeping the structure.

What I'm trying to understand is what could be causing that particular file to fail the upload process.
