I found two files in /Library/Caches (calibre-singleinstance-502-GUI.lock and calibre-singleinstance-502-db.lock) and deleted them. But it still crashes on launch, and those files are once again in the cache. calibre-debug -s still reports the same error. If I delete the files then run the debug command before trying to launch calibre the usual way, it still reports the same error, but the lock files do not return until I try to launch calibre as usual.
