I didn't pick up my Kobo Clara for a few months (I know, bad me) and it appears that the battery died in the middle of a firmware update. The charging light won't come on and it won't turn on holding the button for any length of time. I had wiped the card in prep to send it to an ewaste recycler, but a electrical engineer friend wants to take a crack at bringing it back to life. (I had ordered a Clara 2E to replace it.) Is it possible to get a copy of the disk image just in case they can turn it on?
