Thanks again to everyone's efforts in helping me here.

I'll certainly be using that number to assertively claim a refund, or an exchange, although I think I prefer the former.

I've resigned to try to give the manual reset a go - and lose all my books in the process - today. If it doesn't work I'll phone them.


And it's good to know I'm covered for a year if the item is faulty, like I said I bought this Kobo Libra 2 in May, I've kept it in a case and it looks mint.
