The basic issue is that the e-edition of our paper is a pdf of the paper in its entirety. When reading it using a browser, I can expand the image to read the small print. But I can't easily do that with my Kindle.
I haven't asked our paper if they are set up to deliver directly to Kindles, but I suspect that Kindle readers would not be viewed as compatible devices.

You inspired me to download the the Wall Street Journal PDF and use Send To Kindle to move it to my Scribe. As you describe, it is just a PDF of the print issue and it does work, but it’s not ideal. I can zoom in easily and navigate around the page but I think the size of the PDF (20 MB) causes some problems as the Scribe tries to refresh the screen (you can obviously see the screen refresh a few times each time you move around the PDF). I might use this if I wanted to read it outside but it would not replace how I normally read it on my computer.
