On a cursory look, it is not much different. For my sample book,
The XRAY.entities.BB3J0DJUK4.asc CPU version is 458,752 bytes
The XRAY.entities.BB3J0DJUK4.asc GPU version is 430,080 bytes
Go figure :-)
