Do you want to replace it or eliminate it?
If you eliminate it there will be no short/long stuff.
You can replace it by 1) asking Onyx nicely for their secret signing credentials, 2) resigning your entire system.
You can remove it by the previous methods or 3) silly zip corruptions, 4) modifying framework.jar
