Arc Manor, whose imprints include CAEZIK SF & Fantasy, Galaxy's Edge magazine, and Phoenix Pick, has an offer out right now that if you buy the book (Hot Moon) at any of the $0.99 retailers in the next few days, and then leave a review at Amazon, they will refund your purchase price, or send you another one of their e-books. (They make it clear in their email that the offer is not predicated on what your review says.)

And of course, if, per @gbm's comment about Partners22, you buy it at Kobo, it will be even less than $0.99...

In any case, though, the relevant part of the email I received describing the offer is:

I had an ARC of this already and enjoyed it - it's pretty hard science-y, but kind of a fun alternate history kind of thing. Since I worked as a young engineer on various space life support systems, it was a fun read.
