Have you tried either cascading windows to see if this brings the calibre window into view or hitting alt-space, then click on M(ove) and then using the left/right arrow keys to bring the calibre windows into view?

One other option is to hit Windows-Tab and see if the calibre window show up in the list.

If not, it suggests that you are having a video driver issue. A quick search on this forum will come up with quite a few threads on video issues and possible fixes.
