Unless you are running on a minimal system or from Flash, a couple of seconds is what I see.
Defender has no issues with my Library,
BUT you could Whitelist (exclude)from active scan, The Library folder (yours, not one from elsewhere) as ALL the contents have been scanned upon download (or should be)
