Please be precise when naming things, AFAIK there's no such plugin named Calibre-mp3, and please post images we can see.

I suspect you are trying to install this plugin ==>> Read MP3 AudioBook metadata

It hasn't been updated since 2012 which means it hasn't had the necessary changes made to make in compatible with the later version of calibre core, of which there have been several. I suggest you read the last few posts in the plugin thread.
