Home Screen has re-draw errors in Pocketbook ERA FW U700.6.7.949

Sometimes when returning to the home screen after exploring one of the menus, the bottom row of icons is empty. Touching where one should be will trigger that function but the icons themselves are missing. Sometimes other items are also not displayed, such as the icons for recently added books.

When in the "Apps" page this FW forces a redraw of the screen every time it is scrolled, even though the page is displaying correctly and has no "shadows".
