Hey guys - too quiet over here. Let's try to liven things up a bit.
For those of you who didn't notice AudioFile Magazine has a new season (5 if your counting) of their
Audiobook Break podcast going on right now. This time around it is "Dracula" (in case you haven't had enough monsters to last you until next Halloween). This version is from Dreamscape Media, read by Gildart Jackson. You can get it on most major podcast networks, including iTunes or the one I use most often,
Podbean. (I like them because they download directly to my PC with the click of a button and I don't need any extra apps on my phone.)
It seems Season 4 is also still up (which I failed to post - shame on me). That was a series of Plays from LA Theater Works featuring a series of stories they call "Japanese American Civil Liberties." It's the perfect combination of all the things I'm sure you haven't gotten enough of lately - Halloween stories and politics!
Enjoy!
