Yeah, there's a lot of alien in that.
Still, if you have rooted with Magisk before, your start point is all the same.
Making a Magisk module (for yourself) is just one text file and parking your mods in a directory.
There's a lot of variability in what people want to mod. I don't think there will be a one click app anytime soon. Still, a lot of mods can be shared. One person can mod the file and post it for others.
Part of the problem is that mods are very heterogenous. They can be all over the place, not just location, but type of file.

- libs (e.g. libinputreader.so)
- sepolicy
- apps
This is not to say that anybody will want any/all.
