Yes, it's odd. I did buy one book on Kobo.com that I have not archived or synced to the reader; however, Wi-Fi has never been enabled since I bought the book, so there should be no way for the Libra to know that I have a book ready to be downloaded, unless it enabled Wi-Fi without my permission in order to phone home at some point. Since the automatic sync option is disabled, that shouldn't have happened (and if it had, the book should be available on the reader, and it's not).
