I just bought cheap books I was already buying ($1.99) and got my $3. Used it on an already discounted book on my wishlist (so $.99 instead of $3.99). I'm not making any effort to use the program, but just like my occasional shipping credit, I'll use it to cut prices on my wishlisted books. I have so many books - I can wait.
