You want to use the firmware for the Kobo Go which is also a kobo4 hardware version.

This way, you'll get better support as this is the firmware that most of us are running. 3.19.15761 is very old and a lot of Kobo users have never used it so have no idea how it works.

To update the firmware, copy the contents of the ZIP file to the .kobo directory on your Mini. Then eject your Mini from the computer and it will eventually start to update the firmware. Once the screen changes after the eject, unplug the USB cable.
