I'm looking at buying a PRS-505, and it looks like it is a pretty good deal so far. However, I want to know of any problems that you guys might have experienced with it before buying the device.

Several Amazon reviews mention that the device broke for them after several months, and that it was a huge hassle to deal with the Sony customer service, but I wasn't sure about how prevalent this is with the PRS-505.

Thanks guys for answering this. I was just recommended to this website and will be sure to check here out if I have any problems with the prs-505 (Hopefully I won't have any of course
