The aliexpress is the one that will fit, and yes, you would need to solder the pcb from the old one to it.
The ebay one is 285083, the 28 means its 2.8mm thick. So you wouldnt be able to put back the back cover, and the connector is different so you would still need to get the soldering iron out.
