Is there any way to allow converted ePub to KFX to have manga mode?

I know I can use Kindle Create to do it, but this method isn't good for converting multiple chapters/files. (Either one by one manually or merging them in one file)

Is there any metadata, like fixed-layout metadata, that can trigger manga mode? (before converting to KFX)
