Ah, OK, I actually succeeded after help from a friend, you change the name in the step before "Template Editor".
You go Preferences-Saving books to Disk" then change the script in the "Saving Template Box".

Edit:
What I meant was, when you enter a file/book into the Calibre, it changes the file name, which is then exported to the Calibre folder or what ever hard disk you select.
