Well, it also prevents the VolUp/Dn / PgUp/Dn mapping from occurring.
My philosophy has always been to have fixed key mapping and if any app gives me trouble to patch that.
Some people want to use a context sensitive mapping.
It's all stupid. An app should try to make sense of any key it receives. It should never just not respond.
PgDn to an audio player? Mmm, maybe it should lower the volume?
